Meet State License Requirements
Your Listing. Your Way.
Pennsylvania requires a business address on file for both agents and brokers to hold a real estate license. The Workplace HUB can help you satisfy these requirements. We offer mailbox options, a street address, private and semi-private office space, and meeting space for closings or other client meetings.
The Workplace HUB offers several office and meeting space options for agents who primarily work from home but occasionally need a professional setting.
- Professional business address
- Dedicated office access
- Conference room availability for closing and other meetings
- Mail handling
- Secure document storage options
- On-site administrative support
- Impress buyers and sellers
The exact address rules for your real estate license in Pennsylvania:
Realtors
Real Estate Salespersons: As an agent, your license must be held by a sponsoring broker of record. Your broker is required by the state to maintain a physical business office. You will use your employing broker's main office address for your official business address on your license, while your personal home address is kept on file privately for state communication purposes.
Brokers
Real Estate Brokers: If you are applying to be a broker (or opening your own brokerage), you must register a physical business location with the state. This location must be an actual street address; Post Office (P.O.) boxes alone are not acceptable for a principal place of business. The Workplace HUB has mailbox and office options to satisfy these requirements.
