Security: With lockable, sliding doors, our PODS fulfill state requirements for a branch office. Some PODS also have lockable cabinets, so even if you choose to share your POD, your information is still secure.
Privacy & Structure: These spaces include high-walled panels that offer visual and sound separation from the main coworking area.
Dedicated Space: Desks in a smaller, semi-private area, allowing for some socializing while still providing a dedicated workspace.
Amenities: Access to secure Wi-Fi, kitchenette, printers, lounges, and meeting rooms is included in your monthly subscription.
Meet State Requirements
A POD subscription paired with a HUB Mailbox account meets the PA Department of State’s “registered office” criteria.
We provide you with a physical street address, an area to secure client materials, and someone is always available at this address during regular business hours to accept legal documents (service of process).
Google Service Area Listing
POD clients meet the requirements for a Google Service Area Listing. This allows businesses that visit or deliver to customers to define their service, region, or city without displaying a physical address.
If you have a physical address and you offer services (in-person or virtually), you can list your address and add a service area, becoming a “hybrid” business.
